Student Ambassadors (SA)
ACCA Student Ambassadors (SA) is a grouping of ACCA Student Leaders which acts as a channel of communication between ACCA and students. SA actively involves in a wide range of activities and learning opportunities to provide students with the necessary training and skills before they join the competitive work force.
The SA has the following objectives:
- To develop leadership, creativity, interpersonal skills and team spirit
- To instil socially responsible practices and good ethics as a professional
- To foster feelings of pride of being an ACCA Student (esprit de corps)
- To mould well-rounded ACCA students who are able to excel both in academic and personal development
- To acquaint ACCA students to life long learning
In Malaysia, SA has had a track record of being very active in the past. Approximately 2500 students have participated and benefited from the SA activities over the years.
Selected SAs can expect to receive the following:
- Training and grooming opportunities on leadership, creativity, interpersonal, communication and team working skills
- Preferential rates to all trainings organised by ACCA Malaysia
- Invited to high profile events like graduation ceremony, annual dinners, high level members' gathering, talks and luncheons with Big 4 and other future employers
- Certificate of appreciation and reference letter
